In December 2021, the second floor of the property was sold to North Jersey Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, a rapidly growing oral surgery group. Previously built out for use by a DeVry School, the 10,000 sq. ft. space had been vacant for some time and required a complete reimagining. Over the following 12 months, the new owner undertook a full interior renovation, transforming the floor into a cutting-edge medical facility. The upgraded space now features 20 operatories and a dedicated educational suite designed to train other professionals in dental and reconstructive care.

Today, the second floor functions as a fully operational oral surgery center, complete with exam rooms, physician offices, procedure suites, and a modern reception area—all purpose-built to optimize patient flow and comfort. The practice serves dozens of patients daily, and its prominent location on Route 4 has significantly enhanced both visibility and brand awareness. What was once an outdated, underutilized space is now a vibrant, high-performing healthcare hub that brings long-term value to the building and its community.
Additional Momentum
Following this success, the third-floor condo was sold to a local Paramus resident who will be using the space as the new corporate headquarters for his business. This latest sale further underscores the property’s appeal and the strong demand for well-located, adaptable commercial space in the market.
